Customer Satisfaction Survey
We want to let all our customers know that we care and they are our number-one priority. To help us continually provide you with quality service, we need to hear from you. We appreciate your comments and input. Customer feedback is critical whether it is of a positive nature or is constructive criticism. Big or small, we look at all concerns as challenges and work very hard to overcome those challenges. It only becomes a problem if we are not given the opportunity to do something about it. Please keep us informed so we can keep you happy. All comments are confidential and are personally ready by the owner and addressed.
In addition, all participants who fill out and submit the survey will go into a drawing. Every month we will give out 4 certificates for great local restaurants and businesses. We are counting on your cooperation for the survey since bonuses, raises and the overall quality and positive changes to our service comes from our valued customers.
